Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend) restorative yoga poses to relieve stress
Head to knee forward bend is the other name used for this pose and it is the perfect pose for any beginner to easy follow. It twists the spine and helps to curb anxiety problems, sleep issues and muscle strains.
Savasana restorative yoga poses to relieve stress
My favorite pose all called as Savasana is a 100% relaxation pose where you don’t have to do anything but just lie down on your back stretching your legs and hands. This pose is usually done after doing powerful yoga pose like surya namskar or sun salutation. But it can also be done alone by breathing in a rhythm to get rid of stress and anxiety.
Balasana (Child’s Pose) restorative yoga poses to relieve stress
Also called as Child’s Pose is a perfect pose to balance the whole body. It helps to give rest to the whole body and helps to get rid of tummy fat as an added bonus along with curbing anxiety problems and stress.
