Menopause is usually a state which is experienced by women beyond age of 50 years which marks the end of the menstrual cycles. Menopause can be an unpleasant experience as it is usually comes with many symptoms like hot flashes, the mood changes which include extreme anxiety and moodiness, painful menstruation.
