Bhakti Yoga Poses– Transcending the limits
Bhakti Yoga is the ultimate and the only way to put one’s own faith in the Supreme Power. Like many directions can be taken to reach the desired spot, Bhakti Yoga is also one of the ways to reach the supreme power.
What is Bhakti Yoga?
Bhakti Yoga is suited for those who want to emotionally connect with their God through the undefined love. It can also be related to people who do not have the required self-control.
Bhakti means devotion to the omnipotent while Yoga signifies the union of god and man. It keeps the man close to God and hence people with Bhakti sees the Supreme Power not only as God but also as their relations such as mother, brother, father, friend or even child. A true bhakt (worshiper of God) surrenders to God completely and sees him in all his works and duties.
