  • In this step, bring your upper chest towards the ceiling with the help of the neck. Bend the back area slightly without compressing your neck.

Steps

  • Stand in Tadasana, bend your wrists and interlock the fingers.
  • Straighten your arms forward.
  • Exhale and roll the palms out. Ensure that the tips of the thumbs are touching and the fingers are interlocked well.
  • Inhale and bring the arms towards the ears
  • Maintain this position for several breaths.
  • Then exhale and bring the arms in the forward direction.
  • Do this posture on both the sides. Continue by changing the interlock of the fingers.

Ardha Parshva Hastasan- yoga pose to relieve stress from your wrists

Steps

  • Stand straight with one arms distance away from a wall (left side parallel to the wall).
  • Keep the palm of the left hand on the wall and turn the hand out.
  • Put the entire pressure onto this palm. Move the left shoulder blade in.
  • A feel should come as if you are pushing the wall away from the center region of your chest.
  • Remain in this pose for about 2 minutes and continue on the other side.
