The workouts in this DVD, are challenging but not too difficult to practice. The video is very easy to understand and postures have been demonstrated in details. There are also 2 or 3 variants for most of the exercises. So if a person in not comfortable with any one of the postures, he can try out an alternate posture that he or she is comfortable with. It combines the benefits of weight loss and energy building. The exercises have a very relaxing and calming effect on the body and the person feels invigorated. It focuses on strengthening all the key muscles in the body and hence is very therapeutic.
