The series one introduces, Exalted warrior sequence for standing series, sun-moon sequence to balance the energy in both sides of the body, Fire-bird- a hip opener, gate opening to strengthen the body, dancing sun to stimulate and refresh, half moon- a challenging combination of warrior poses and half moon balances. The earth series for calming poses close to earth, lotus link for energy blossoming, water light for daily energizing, revolved triangle for challenging triangles and twists, head to knee strengthening and flexibility, cranes series and riding the wind sequences. These exercises are issued in two discs as well.
The second series include more challenging postures and workouts. It includes sun-bird, heart opening, triangle, warrior, sun wind, seated twist, coming home, swan, third eye, heart mind, spring mind, dove and dancing Shiva sequences. The sun bird sequence energizes the spine and limbs while the heart opening stimulates energy flow from the center of heart.
