This as the name suggests is for shorter term yoga practices. Each level lasts only for 30-40 minutes. Which means each workout is of only 5-10 minutes. The workouts are quick paced and the beginner level is easy enough and it gets challenging as move further. The instructor clearly reminds you to breath and each posture lasts for 5 breathing’s. The intermediate level is challenging but has flow, rhythm, and elegance. Each session includes standing postures, bending, and seated postures. Most of the moves are modified version to suit the short time. The workout is fit to do on a daily basis.
Ashtanga Yoga: Advanced A and B Series
This Yoga DVD contains the advanced levels of ancient Ashtanga Yoga. The postures are modified to suit the modern time practitioners.
